Sudbury Yogathon for Mental Health

Come and support mental health awareness, both in your community, and for yourself, with a one-day, multi-leveled Yogathon on Sunday April 2, 2017!

The Yogathon is geared to be fun and accessible for all levels, featuring specialized instructors in various yoga styles from studios around Sudbury. Local exhibitors will also be on hand to share their nutritious food and beverages, as well as other natural health products with the public.

All proceeds from this Yogathon will be donated to NISA/Northern Initiative for Social Action, a peer-run mental health organization in downtown Sudbury which provides vital programs and services to people with lived experience of mental illness.
